Railway Station and Bus Station in Haldwani

 there are two railway stations : one at Haldwani second at kathgodam which is 2 to 3 km away from Haldwani railway station nd bus station is situated near the Haldwani railway station and kathgodam railway station at a distance os nearly 10 to 15 minutes by walk from both the stations.

As I already mentioned that Haldwani is the gateway to Kumaon you can visit to famous tourist places of Kumaon like Nainital, Bhimtal, Almora, Pithoraghar, bageshwar etc, also on the west you can go to Ramnagar where you can visit to the famous Corbett national park and enjoy the safari.

In Kumaon hills you can enjoy the beauty of lush green mountains, hilly dishes, temples, and nice people
 also, you can see the Himalayas from Nainital ,Almora and bageshwar and many more places also during winters you can enjoy the snowfall in Nainital ,Pithoragarh and many more places.

There is a small airport situated at the pant Nagar which is 15-20 km away from Haldwani on the south of Haldwani.

River in Haldwani

In Haldwani the major river that flows the whole year is gaula river. there is also gaula dam on the river gaula.there you can enjoy the swimming , picnic , fishing with your friends and enjoy the day on the bank of gaula river. many people come there for hanging out and picnic.
