Important Thing to know About Gym Supplements

Many people go to gym now a days and despite of doing much hard work they remain unsatisfied by seeing just a minor or no change in their physique, they turn towards the trainer and some trainers advice them to take supplements to have a good growth in their body. They tell about the supplements in which there exists the personal profit of the trainers.

Should We Take supplements  or Not?


Now a days there have been so many brands of supplements that it is tough to identify which one is a good one and which one is fake. Once a survey was conducted and the making of these fake supplements was disclosed to one of our team member and the manufacturer told that they make these cheap supplements by first of all grinding the peanut covers into the powdered form and that mixing few tablets of steroids in it and some doses of flavor that we want to make it of, like vanilla, straw berry or chocolate etc

The side effects of taking these supplements are from the stomach ulcer to kidney failure. There are many cases seen about kidney or liver damage of the body builders and sometimes taking much amount of steroids also can cause impotency .if you feel that I am taking all rubbish you can surely consult and good doctor or websites

I am not writing this article to advertise any brand by calling other brands fake but just for the benefit of you all people who take or willing to take supplements from gym. According to me if you want to take supplement you must consult your doctor or buy the supplement of an authentic brand,
